You can view your booking history from your account in ‘My bookings’.
You will be able to see the details of the services, consult the description of the hotel booked (even if the sale is over), request your invoice or evaluate your stay once it has ended.
If you cannot find a reservation in your booking history, it is possible that you changed the contact email address when you confirmed your reservation. It is therefore not associated with your member account if the email address is different. If this is not the case, we invite you to contact our customer service by telephone on the number indicated on our website or through our contact form.
