I don’t like the service I booked, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with the services you have booked, we recommend you to approcach the receptio desk to ensure that the services you have received are correct. If you are still not satisfied with the services booked, please call us on the number indicated on your booking confirmation so that we can quickly find a solution on site. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and weekends and public holidays from 9am to 5pm.
